I have a beautiful garden area full of activities,(bikes, slide and playhouse....),  and sensory equipment suitable for all ages

Sheltered heated area used for all messy play, creative and eating spaces.

The playroom indoors is equipt with roleplay toys, quiet area, construction and educational 

activities.

A separate room can be used for Homework area and nap time

​

Safe and Clean house regularly risk assessed

​

Sufficient space for numbers of children allowed
